I sead "DVD LOCKING is illegal"
No. It's ILLEGAL for DVD Drive and DVD players to have the region coding
LOCKING in the first place.
There was a big court case agaist sony a few years back. Now DVD player if they want to have Reagon Coding, they must be reagon free.
There for, having a software and hardware that
LOCKS your DVD after 5 Region changes is a big No No.
How ever the problem is since at lot of the software vendors on not is Australia, a lot of the product that comes in still has the DVD Region
LOCKING in there in the first place.
What I want to do it make my LiteON POS DVD Drive Region Free.
I am not breaking any laws here with this request.
(well, in my country any ways)
How ever there is a good chance that i am voiding a warranty.
