Need Help!!!!!!

I got a virus on my computer and so i reformted my computer. I reformated my computer before using XP pro disk. However since i have 2 harddrives, i somehow didnt reformat instead now i have 2 xp pro on my computer... ANyone know how to delete one of the os?

Also, in my NEW os that i just installed, my cd rom drive doesnt show on MY computer and the "new" os doesnt reconize it. But it shows on my other os. THe one wit the virus... Please reply and tell me how to fix these problems.

So, let me get this straight. You had a virus, reformatted the wrong HDD, installed windows on the wrong HDD, boot to the wrong HDD, and the primary HDD still has windows and viruses stil installed on it?

If this is the case, while booted to "new" OS on wrong HDD, open my computer, right click on HDD with old OS & Virus and select format. ???

go to control panel click admin tools, click computer management,then click disk management. You should now see your hard drives and u can format from here hope this helps
