motherboard monitor mess

I recently downloaded motherboard monitor and it messed up my pc to where it won't boot up all the way unless I shutdown the PC for a while. I uninstalled it but it keeps doing the same thing. All I get is the Compaq screen and it stays there? Any ideas of what is wrong? Thanks!
