monitor suddenly turns off while on Net

Hi, i got this problem. After going on Net a few minutes (sometime 1 hour), the monitor just turns off. The monitor's light still on. Computer is still running. I checked for virus but none detected. Tried to reinstall graphic card driver but doest work. Is it the power supply? or the monitor itself? (its a few months old) or??? Please help me with this. Thanks

It could be the graphics card. you should try putting the moniter on a different pc and see if it works. if it's still the same try to see if you can bring it back or something.
ps. what graphics card have you got, how old is it?

sometimes my monitor does that, so i check what speeds my card is running at with Powerstrip and its usually running way under what it should be running. i don't know why it resets itselft, but it doesn't do it often, could be your problem.....

thanks man, but i think i solved the problem.( at least not happening today). I replaced the old PS(250w) with the new 400w.
