HI, I have finally got my computer parts from newegg.com, but am still missing an important part; the monitor. I planned on buying a used Dell monitor from a store locally for $49.99. But, as I walked in i realised this was a hole in the wall piece of shit place. Therefor, not a very trustworth place. Anyway, I need to know decent specs for a CRT monitor, because he did say what the specs were but I don't no jack about them. So i would appreciate any help here as I need to get one VERY soon. Thanks.

If he was going to buy a used CRT for $49 I doubt he's ready to spring for a brand new 21"...

The brands that echo mentions tend to be good. Go to the site he linked and search for (or navigate to) CRT monitors. Read the reviews on the monitors by those brands and you should get all of the info you need to know.

In fact, just click here http://www.newegg.com/app/manufact.asp?catalog=19&DEPA=0 and use the search criteria on the side to enter price range and size.
