How good are they? I do know one good thing is that they come with a lifetime warranty. You can't beat that.
 
I have an AMD Socket A Mach4 - And don't buy it if you want to overclock, I'm about ready to bomb thier business right now I'm so mad.

But they do the average stuff fine.
 
Well, even after the Bios updates, it's settings in the bios that you can modify are very limited, but like I said, if you're not OCing - it really shouldn't be a problem.

FYI: If you do decide to buy it, make sure the first thing you do when you start your computer after installing OS, is hit 'DEL' and got to bios and select the option 'optimize defaults' because it took me about 2 weeks to figure out why everything was running at about half the speed it should.
