The 2nd one is more powerful but also more expensive.

Are you planning on using this laptop to play games? If you aren't then I would get the cheaper one. If you need the power the 2nd one is more powerful.

I would go with the cheaper one and maybe upgrade it but as far as any gamer is concerned amd owns intel when it comes to gaming

The first one being AMD doesn't make a difference. Intel's mobiles are usually better anyway. But the 2nd one has a better graphics card and more RAM anyway so for gaming the 2nd one would definitely be better.

and don't worry about the RJ45 thing or whatever on the 2nd one. It probably has an ethernet port but even if it doesn't it already has wireless g lan so that's pretty good.
