Days ago while using my laptop - gateway solo 9550- it suddenly went black, i tought of a virus or something. A tech told me it was the monitor flash drive? he re-set it but told me the monitor died and only an external monitor could be used. Do I need a new monitor or a flash drive could help me out? By the way I'm not a tech, plain english will be most welcome
