I have had redhat running on the following machine for two weeks now. This morning the machine suddenly stopped booting. It gives 4 long beeps and comes to a halt everytime I try to get it running. I looked around on the web for PHOENIX BIOS BEEP CODE information but there are no beep codes known like what I am hearing. Four long codes without any pause between them. Anyone has any ideas what could be wrong?

update

Okay, I installed an old pci video card that was lying around and the system suddenly stopped beeping like before. It now gives a normal 1 beep like it gives when it boots regularly. But now I do not have any video on my monitor. This pci video card is rather old so that could be a problem. Also I need to disable to onboard video so that the machine could use the pci video card, but the problem is without any video on monitor, how do I get into BIOS to set this up? Any clues?

Thanks
Rez
