Iomega Buz

I recently bought the Buz Multimedia and am having a problem. I can do all the things it can do. Capturing from camcorder to pc,editing it etc but when I come to send it to video tape I cannot because the option "Transfer to tape" is greyed it and I cant click on it.
Does anyone have any idea if I'm doing something wrong?

Is it a video capture card? Is it a tape as in you put in a VCR?

The Iomega Buz is a video capture card you put into the pc and has a breakout box where you plug you leads in one end from the camcorder and leads in the other end to the VCR. Yeah it is tape as in video tape (VHS) for the vid recorder.
Any ideas?
