internet speed+amd underclocking

just plain old defies logic

Well this seems odd to me, ive got a 3200 64 and the amd dynamic underclocking? because its summer and its hot and humid (computer hell) and i thought well ill shut down the underclocker to help speed up ABC (bitorent) because its 32bit and running in win64 and requires more system resources so i brought it from 800mhz back to 2ghz and the internet (network?) slowed down drasticaly so i turned on the underclocking again (200x4) and it speed up again. The network card is an onbord type. anybody know what the heck is happening here?

Did u check the media type (speed?):

Windows Key + Pause/Break,
Hardware, Device Manager,
Network Adapters, Right Click- Properties,
Advanced, Media Type.

It should be 100mb, Full Duplex.

it was set at auto negotiate, i tryed it with it set on 100mb full duplex and the speed took a big dive when i turned of the 'cool n quiet'
