Internet Problems

Ever since I get some new parts for my computer I have been having some internet problems. I have same HDD as always, so I dont no how it started. Every time I am required to log into a webpage I get "There is a problem with this website's security certificate.", so I install it, but it still come back on every webpage. When I try to activate windows key over internet it says it dosnt connect. When I try to log on to aim it cant find a connection, so I have to use aim pro an older version of aim. I cant find any solutions to fixing this so hopefully someone elce can.

P.S. I dont have any viruses, and it use to work perfiect before.

That was another problem I had because the time and date wont update correct it says "An eerror occurred while Windows was synchrizing with time.windoes.com"
I remember this being a problem before and somehow I fixed it and I think it fixed every thing. But do you or any one know how to fix the time thing?

Either switch off NTP internet time syncronisation or change your time server.

If all else fails your cmos battery could be dead.
