Intel P4 Skt 775 with 865pe Chipset

Does such a thing exist?

My friend has a Abit AS8 mobo and he bought a P4 540 skt775 but it had 925x or 915 express chipsets. His mobo only supports 865pe chipset.

I have been looking all over and can not find one. Surely Abit wouldnt make a mobo for a non existent processor.

If you look at this , there are some I guess but the whole thing seems pretty wierd. I would suggest picking up a new mobo.
