My parents PC is about 8 years old and rather crap. it struggles as soon as you open a second IE window.
My old PC is only a couple of years old pretty decent for the type of PC users that they are (emails, cliff richard forums etc).
My parents want to keep all their data which is stored on a single 80GB HDD.
The OS for my old PC and data is too kept on a single 80GB HDD, there is room for a second HD.
Will i have any problems plugging in their hard drive into my old PC? So they can keep all their data on the two drives, booting up the OS from the drive thats already in my old PC.
Also my old PC has been off and unplugged for a few months now, will anything be affected by that?
Thanks.
