Hooking up hard drive cables

I posted this once and got no response, Ill try to word it differently. I am hooking up my hard drive. Its a seagate 80gb sata. I am planning on hooking it up in raid 0. There are 2 cables that I can hook up to my hard drive. I have a small cable(serial ata) and a larger cable(20 pin I belive). Do I need to hook up both cables to my hard drive and mobo or just one of them? I am stuck on this one. Any help would be appreciated.

you only have to hook up one of it, in this case, the SATA.

btw, raid 0 requires minimum of 2 Hdisks which I am sure u know it already
