hard drives .....please help

i have a computer where its seperated into two hard drives.....a C: which is 15 gb and a D: which is like 130gb or something.....but i have barely anything saved to the D and the C is almost full.....how can i make it just one big hard drive

Use Powerquest Partition Magic to merge them.

nope. You will require third party software to achieve such task. You could always uninstall programs and re-install them onto your D: drive. This will clear up a lot of space.
