fast track controller?

Well i just got my new motherboard cpu and cpu fan and we have it all hooked up and every time we start up it scans for a fast track controller....what is this? Also it gives me a blue screen telling me that there was an error and windows shuts down this is before i can completly start......any ideas?

What motherboard? I am guessing Asus.

Abotu the blue screen, sounds like you did not reinstall windows before swapping motherboards.
