A 6600GT, about 6 fans or a PSU under 200 USD so the combo would be 6600GT and Fans or 6600GT and PSU. Do you think I should get the 6600GT and the PSU but then would my Computer work well without fans?Sorry If I'm confusing you but basically I have 200 - 260 USD to work with and I don't know what to get the Videocard and Fans and PSU or The Videocard and the PSU and step it up to 6800 GT? Right now I got a TNT2 as my videocard. So much guidence is greatly appreciated.

You dont have any computers laying around that you can rip the fans from? Any old PSU's you can cannabilize? Thats a tough question. I would say go with the 6800. Fans are cheap, and plentiful.
