disable power save mode

Anybody know how to disable power save mode on an HP Laserjet 1100? We have several that just forget they are supposed to print after "waking up". HP's web site isn't much help, and emails to them are getting "redirect your inquiry to the appropriate HP organization"

Yea, I'm having the same problem with my printer. If I open the paper tray, or lift the cover open on my inkjet, it wakes up.

Is there anything wrong with the standby?

I dunno what is going on. It just doesn't print after waking up. If it doesn't go into power save, it is fine, but it can't be printing all the time. It has to be unplugged from the power and restarted then works fine. Need to just break the thing and req a new one...
