Difference Between AMD64 3000+ And 3200+

What is the difference between the two? Why does the 3200+ cost $100 dollars more?

If I recall right, the 3000+ is a budget model that contains less cache

Performance wise I would go for the 3200+, because even P4's can beat the 3000+
