So this printer is used in a small business and spontaneously the auto-select feature for where to draw paper from stopped working. I can manually tell it tray 1, 2 or the feeder, but then everything prints there until I change this setting. We have tried to restore it to factory settings, update the firmware, re-install it on the network, but nothing seems to work, and Dell support unfortunately is not help on this matter as it is out of warranty. Any thoughts?
