for gaming go with AMD, for multitasking office work and whatnot, go with intel, thats just my opinion, from what i've read and personal experience.

AMD all the way no matter what you do, Intels crash a lot from my experience losing data and files so I would defintelly go with the AMD!!!

Your asking a bad question if your gonna mostly game get the amd if not go for the p4,it's all up to your personal preference.
