Which one for overall performance?
 
for gaming go with AMD, for multitasking office work and whatnot, go with intel, thats just my opinion, from what i've read and personal experience.
 
AMD all the way no matter what you do, Intels crash a lot from my experience losing data and files so I would defintelly go with the AMD!!!
