A couple of questions

I wanted to build myself a computer, AMD64 bit based.
Here is the board that I picked:

This is the memory that I picked fr the board:

Will it work on that board?

thsi woudl save me $30
Which one would you pick?
Also, what is there a big difference between teh AMD64 3000+ and the 3200+? There is a difference of $50.

looks pretty good. i would go with the kingston mem. the 3000 and 3200 run at the same clock speed, but the 3200 has 1mb of L2 cache versus 512kb on the 3000. you most likely wont be able to tell a 50 dollar difference between the two procs.
