Manufacturer Response:Proper procedure for installing electronics means that you isolate it from static electricity. In spite of the fact that you intentionally subjected this PSU to harmful static, we'll happily replace it for you. In the future, please use proper procedures when handling electronics, whether it is Corsair, Raidmax, or any other brand.
