Which computer to buy?

I am looking to buy a computer for the upcoming game EQ II. I have a budget of about 600-775$
I am looking for...
Intel *pentium or celeron, doesnt matter* - 2+ghz
512+DDR SDRAM
128MB+ Video Card

And the basic features....a monitor has to be included if its 775$..
Any ideas where I can get a good computer? I thought about upgrading an emachine, but I am not too sure? What about these three things together? Work well?

I would recommend getting a 256MB Graphics for it deifinetly

Also look at ebuyer.com and dabbs.com also some people sell cheap brand new computer stuff on ebay be careful hat you bid for lol i bidded on a SoundBlaster sound card i got the box with all the drivers and stuff but the card.. the card was a 9 year old pci ati graphics card lol
