clear history int explorer

i can't clear history by using tools,iternet options, clear history. it just flickers and stays no matter how many times i do it. once in a while it will clear, but very rare. i ran ad-aware se personal and it cleared, but i tried to clear again just to check and it just flickered again. what can i do?

Just hit Ctrl+H to open your history then select all and delete.
