CD/DVD Drive

I am interested in doing a photo CD but my CD/DVD drive I think does not support this. The assembly is HL-DT-ST DVD-ROM GDR8081N. Am I right on this and what do I need to get to do the CD burning for photos? I have Windows XP if that helps and without spending alot of money of course. I would appreciate any help.

You will need a CD burner to burn a disk. If you don't have a CD burner, you can get one for $30 or so, and put it in yourself (it is not hard to do.)
