Building A Last Generation Workstation

I need to build a last generation workstation. This is in terms of Intel. So, that means I'm considering the Pentium III or Pentium III Xeon. Please check these setups.

I used to have a motherboard on the i440BX chipset with a Pentium II which I upgraded to Pentium III until I hit a wall. It was a demon overclocker. But what should I get for the Pentium III Xeon?

How much would you like to sell for. What kind of architecture, S-370 or Slot 1? Is the motherboard on i440BX or what?
