I have one of these and its an absolute beast. Get it with some arctic silver 5 and you will have very low temps. It keeps the processor very cool even when it's in silent mode and by silent mode they mean SILENT, I can't even hear the thing outside the case. But if you want really good cooling it has an adjustment knob so you can crank up the fan for some serious cooling.

sounds good ill proaby go wit that..i have the gigabyte 8inxp mobo and it has that dsp chip next to the heatsink do u know if this heatsink will fit?

ive got th e tt spark 7 cooling like a chumpn but its 2 loud when i bmp it all da way

I would go by their suggestion to see if it will fit:
* Note: No motherboard components with a height greater than 39mm (1.53inch), as well as the PSU, disk drives, VGA card, and RAM should be present within a 68mm (2.68 inch) radius from the center of the CPU.

Also if it is a little too big there are other versions of this heatsink.

i've got the zalman 7700-cu heatsink. my temps are pretty good. 39-41 at idle, at full load they go up to 58
