Arcade VGA card will not work? Help. - Resolved..I think.

Well, I have my pc all loaded up with games and ready to go. The controller works great, the games work, Mame runs good (mame32 right now vs. .89)
My system is:
Pentium 450 mghz
80 gig hard drive
192 megs of RAM
Windows 98SE

I also had a Voodoo 3 video card in it while I set everything up. This sets in the AGP slot and it worked just fine.

I took the voodoo 3 video card out and put the ArcadeVGA card in, hooked the pc up in the arcade cabinet I have with the 25" monitor AND... no video. Nothing. I do get those horrible beeps (Phoenix Bios, one long beep, two short = no video) so apparently the computer is not "reading" the video card. What can I do??? I'm going to go insane if I do not get this working after all this hard work. Unfortunately I have no idea what motherboard is in this thing, so if you are thinking of saying "Update the Bios" I think I am out of luck. Any other ideas? What can I try?

Thanks.
