AMD athlon 64 vs. 64FX

What is the main diff between the new Athlon 64 3800+ and the fx-53. They are not too far from the same price. I already know that the fx has an onboard 128-bit dual channel memory controller, is that the only special difference?

They both have onbaord memory controllers, the only difference once they move to the 939 socket will be the FX has more cache
