advices needed~~~

Refer back to my specs, i want to upgrade my pc by adding another stick of 256MB PC133 SDRAM into my system. But i noticed that the price for SDRAM is far more expensive than DDRSDRAM. Therfore for, i want to get some advises from your guys that whether i should get a stick of PC133 SDRAM or change my DDRSDRAM mobo n using back my S478 P41.8Ghz cpu?

i can get 2 sticks of 256MB PC3200 ddrsdram by paying the price for 1 stick of 256MB PC133 sdram.
Bcoz of that i thought to change my whole mobo.

if change mobo, perhaps i will get a Asus 865PE/SATA/AGP8X mobo.
