Hey guys. Is it good to power up your 6600GT/Intel system with a 20-pin v1.3 power supply?.. 24-pin would be ideal, but I'd rather recycle one of my old supplies. Would the # of pins make my system unstable or damage my system?... I would imagine the latter is not an issue, but just want to make sure.

I have a 24-pin power mobo connection, but I have it running off a 20pin power supply. It works, no problems here. But if it starts to restart or crash for no reason either get a 24pin PS or buy an adapter.
