right now i'm deciding between these 4 S939 pci-e mobos

i'm going to use an amd 64 3200+ winchester, a gig of ddr400 ram, an IDE HDD (no sata), and a pci-e 6600gt (msi)

these are my four choices (btw, i'm not buying off newegg since they charge 8.25% tax for us californians, our sites provide better pricing)

about the same price (4 dollars apart from each other at most):

ABout $30-35 dollar less than the ones above:

i want to know which board gives the best performance and is the most reliable right out of the box (i don't need any extra features, and i'm not going to overclock [so i guess that eliminates dfi? since i've heard that dfi is not worth the money if you aren't going to OC])

Out of those 4 I'd definitely go with DFI and the MSI before the others...

But just as frontside suggested I would say you should look into ABit's boards, AN8 would be a good choice because it utilizes the nforce4 chipset, unless you really prefer VIA then you could get the AV8

DFI And ABit are definitely two of the top OC'ing motherboard out there although I did build a 64bit system using the MSI Neo2-Platinum it also did have quite adequate BIOS options, but that computer wasn't for me so I didn't overclock it or anything like that so I couldn't tell you how reputable the OC'ability of that board would be whereas the DFI and ABit should offer great room for OC'ing

dont get the gigabtye one it only uses the standard noforce4 so doesnt have as many features and does have the 1000fsb, so itll be limited abotu how far it overclocks :)
