Random restarts... PLEASE HELP, I'M GOING INSANE.

I upgraded from a single core to a dual core processor, and suddenly my computer started to restart randomly. I figured it must have been the new processor, so I picked up another dual core. The same thing is still happening. I have since tested other hard drives, reset the BIOS, replaced my graphics card, checked the internal temperatures, checked my RAM, reapplied thermal paste to the processor, tried running the computer open in a cold room... Nothing helps. I have no clue what to do.

Mobo: KN1 SLI Lite
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ (Manchester 2.2 Ghz)
RAM: 3 GB
Vid: NVidia GeForce 9500 GT 512 MB
HD: Western Digital 200 GB
350 W PSU

Is it possible that after I got the dual core, my PSU wasn't enough to power the computer anymore? Idk, any help you guys can give would be great.

It is either your PSU, which could be, or you need a BIOS update.
