Pc3200 200mhz!!??

So I was trying to OC a bit more on my computer (this isint an OC question) and I realized through CPU-Z that my ram is PC3200 but only 200 MHz. Can this be right, I thought that all PC3200 Ram was 400MHZ, which is why its 3200....

Also when I set the voltage to 400MHZ 9becuase I thought it was at the time) my comptuer had issues starting and reset back to defaults, so Im really confused, I can probaly get the OC stuff myself, but this whole idea of PC3200 being 200MHZ strikes me as odd......

Any thoughts?
