Keyboard Cleaning.

So I have a few keys on my Logitech G510s that are stuck and don't flow well. Doesn't seem to be residue based, the J key being the worst being seemingly permantly stuck down and the only way to use it is to stick something under it and pry it up. Thinking of doing a thorough cleaning any methods for doing so? And if that doesn't solve it any other ideas for cause?
