The thing comes with a 8600gt M and a core 2 duo for $700 out the door. :D

The laptop version of the 8600GT is probably a gimped version of the real 8600GT, and the real 8600GT is a gimped version of itself. I wouldn't bother gaming on that thing... Still a great deal for 700 bones.

alright deal
when i get my laptop after i leave home for collage in like 4 years i'm probably not getting a gaming one....unless my parents don't let my keep my rig

its still a nice deal... if u upgrade the RAM.. u got a killer system..

also doesn't Vosotros mean "Y'all" in Spanish

yup, but it is only used in spain and no other spanish speaking countries
its a verb form of "Estar" and referrs to as "Ya'll" as a group of males/females

ya.. Spanish.. i've got a conjugating test on it tomorrow.. (just for the AR infinitives... yawn.. so easy..) anyways back to the topic.. isn't the 7950m the best Laptop GPU out there? how come no high end 8 series for the laptops.. i don't want the Penryn's to be limited by a 7950

You'd have to think about the power usage and heat output of the higher end 8 series.

yes it is
cuz thats whats in those uber $4000 dells and alienware
they need an 8800...
7950 and 8600 are really the only ones i see in gaming mags and such

good point b1gapl.. but it might be possible with the new 8800gt.. possibly?
