Ok so I got a new hard drive – 640GB wb and plugged it in there. It's not coming up in my computer or when I'm booting the computer but when I go into control panel and click under drives it's there and shows no problems. I have tried uninstalling it there and scanning for new hardware where it finds it again but still can't get it 2 show up. Any idea's people?

right click "computer" > "manage"
storage -> disk management
