RMA'ing my Motherboard

OK, so my GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 is messed up, so I'm RMA'ing it. The problem is I can't seem to find the small plastic socket cover. Is that a requirement for newegg motherboard RMA's. Will they refuse the RMA, or charge me something extra or what?

I don't know if newegg requires it. But an RMA to Gigabyte requires it. I would try and ask newegg first before you RMA it.
