Radiator for cpu only

Hello everyone. So I am looking at Black Ice Nemesis 480GTS Ultra Stealth U-Flow Low Profile Radiator. It comes primed so I can paint it white for my build. I am only using this radiator for my cpu. It is a 480 and 29.6mm thick with 16 fpi. I kinda want to keep it thin because I want a tube to pass under it and need the room for it. Also, I will be doing push/pull because the case I bought, i chose to get a bigger top for it to mount fans on the top.
My question is, will this be enough to overclock a 6850k to 4.4ghz?

It's overkill for just the CPU.
