Laptop budget $1500 - Non gaming

Hey guys,

My mosque/community is doing some updates.
They have a $1500 budget for a laptop and wanted to get one from BestBuy, however, I advise against it since they usually have bloatware.
Thought they should get something from the business line, not sure if BBY has those or if that's a bad idea.

They want it as a backup to their desktop
They use vMix for audio streams.
I think $1500 may be overkill

I'll post pics of some of their plans if it helps.
Also trying to figure out what to do for the network setup which I have already created a thread for

I guess I should mention that I believe that price is Overkill for what they need.
Told them a 6to800 laptop should be good enough

What should they get instead of the Linksys velops?
Right now they have 3, they were gonna add 2 to 3 more.
They do have a desktop
They want a laptop for a backup

I guess I should do a better job explaining things.
I was given a lot of info within last 4 days and was not part of any of their setup before.
Trying to see if I can help them out

I haven't used mesh wifi before but I'm old school and feel that no matter what, you're going to come out with inferior results compared to hardwired access points and would recommend that if it's at all feasible.
