hey my i just got my friend a ieee firewire pci card and chucked it in but it doesnt work. why?
the case had a wirefire port but the mobo didnt have a connection for it to plug the headers into. thats y i brought the card. it didnt come with a install cd and it doesnt say new hardware detected.
mobo is gigabyte p35-ds3
