Well no the list is just to show on average what kind beats which. You really can't make sure you have both, it's up to other people to find out whats the best out of the area but you can make a good estimate. Even as it is it does kind of go in order of value but for example the 8600GTS and GT certainly right now are not the best performance for your buck but they still have to be ranked with the other cards.

Thats a bit harder becuase of the heavy amount some CPU's can be overclocked...plus there are so many different ghz.
