Good gaming PC under $700?

I'm starting to get into PC gaming and I want to get my first PC gaming rig. Is this PC any good for gaming? Such as crysis and games similar. If I get it, would I be able to upgrade it in the future? Such as put a new GPU or CPU in?
Any other suggestions? I want something under $700, if not cheaper.

it is ok, but i would build one, you can get alot more out of ur 700 if u building one urself
