This is my current setup, My budget is around 1200Euro's , being 1430 dollars. If someone has some other thoughts on my setup please say so. Cuz im not so sure about the MOBO and Graphics card. what I do want to have is a i7 processor.

Power Supply:
XFX 750W Black Edition (135)

Case:
CoolerMaster Haf 932 (115)

CPU Cooler:
CoolerMaster v8 (45)

Proccesor:
Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.667GHz (~200)

Motherboard:
XFX Intel X58i (~150)

Graphischs card:
2x NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT (on SLI) (180-200)

Memory [RAM]:
Kingston 6Gb 1600mhz [3* 2Gb] (230)

HDD:
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB (100)

skip the two 9800gt's, get a single more powerful gfx card.

i don't know what kind of pricing other cards have where you live at, but here in the US anyway, two new 9800gt's would set you back like $180-200. using this as an example, i would suggest a single 4890 which is also around $180-200.

besides that, your list looks ok.

for a $1400 computer, you should have no problem squeezing at least a 5770 Graphics card into the build.

id reccomend looking around trying to find the LOWEST possible price for each part to give you a bit more money to spend on a graphics card. as that is the biggest performer in a gaming computer. to skimp on a graphics card will make you unhappy later on.

it is better, but that was my personal suggestion though, since another choice would be the 5830 which is kinda supposed to replace the 4890 at the same price range as a dx11 card, i still think it costs too much for what you get, considering it costs more than a 4890 but performs closer to a 5770.

IMO, if dx11 is not a big deal for you, then i still say go for a 4890, if it is then go with a 5770.

a 5850 is a beast of a card, go on google and seach " 5850 benchmarks " and read till your eyes fall out, and when that happens, go to youtube and type in 5850 reviews, and watch all the videos till your ears fall off.

intel i7s are extremely fast chips. i have a AMD phenom II 965 black edition and i wish more than anything i went with an intel.

while the AMD has more cores, not very many programs are able to handle 4 cores, let alone 6. i would go with the intel i7.
