8800GT and legal advice

Buy the MSI Computer GeForce 8800 GT Graphics Card - NX8600GT-T2D256EZ from Atriniti

Right now it says its an 8800GT from MSI. Obviously it is an error at $118. If you read specs it is supposed to be an 8600GT.

What if you order this and you receive an 8600GT? Are they required to replace it with an 8800GT for their mistake?

Seems to be the 256mb version, if you look at the specs.

They would just give you money back, or replace with correct card. I don't think they would dish out a more expensive card over an error like that.

Given the hassle it can be with a simple RMA, I wouldn't suggest it!

Odds are that it would never get shipped. If it did have fun rma'ing it.
