Upgrading PSU and Video Card, Help Please

I have a Dell XPS 420 and I'm looking to upgrade the PSU and Video Card instead of buying a whole new setup..so I was wondering if these 2 that I have in mind are good or even compatible with what I have.

Video Card:

I'm not home at the moment so I can't give you my direct specs but I think I found a review of it with the right ones:

3GB of RAM
Nvidia GeForce 9800GTX
