Hello everyone,
I have an old gateway and my son would like to play WoW on it. My graphics card/computer is old and does not run well even on low settings. I am strapped for cash due to the holidays but i want to upgrade it as his Christmas gift. I do not know if it's even possible to buy a cheap graphics card and it still work. Would any of you guys know? Thank you for your time I really do appreciate it.
Manufacturer: Gateway
Model: Dx4300
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) IIIx4 810 Processor 2.60GHz
System Type:8.000 GB (7.775 GB usable)
64-bit OS x64 based precessor

Hellp PP Mguire,
150-200$ is what i would like to stay at.
Also i read something about the power output only being 300 and can not support many graphic cards, not sure how that works.
Thank you for responding

You can do whatever You want, but this computer is not going to work faster never.
If You want it will run faster, should replace whole motherboard and faster processor. Also is recommended to use SSD. RAM at least 32GB and use fast RAM and of course some good and fast graphics card. This the minimum.
