Upgrading Computer Need Suggestions

I have this computer:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 @ 2.13Ghz
4GB A-Data DDR2 667Mhz
Nvidia 8800GTS 320mb
(Harddrive needs replacing[Failed]) {Going to Get a Seagate Barracuda Probs}
Realtek HD Audio (on board?)
AsRock ConRoe945G-DVI


What should I update in it?

Sell the RAM and motherboard. Get yourself 2GB of Ballistix, and a P35-DS3L or R.

But if you're not overclocking, you don't need to upgrade anything.

Wasn't planning on overclocking, knowing my luck I will blow it up.
